Christmas Celebrations
The end of year holidays are a special time for celebrations in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s! Our annual Christmas celebrations are a community favourite. Each year, a Christmas parade runs throughout the community for all to enjoy, with local vehicles, floats, and even Mr. Claus himself! Our popular tree lighting ceremony takes place in late-November or early December each year and our “dancing tree” is always a hit! Other Christmas activities include a Community Breakfast with Santa, Mummers Festival mini events, and more!
